Dinners
All dinners come with 2 sides, roll (where applicable), choice of mini bread. There is a 3-dinner order minimum and delivery service is available at no extra charge (within Anchorage).Chicken Dinner
One whole chicken. Can be ordered as either fried or baked. Comes with choice of potato salad & green beans to feed 2 people with choice of 1 mini pie or bread serving, 2 hawaiian rolls.

Catfish Dinner
Each dinner contains 2 whole catfish fillets and is served with baked beans or baked potato to feed 2 people and a small serving of cole slaw, mini pie or bread and roll. Your fish is fried with a cornmeal mixture or baked with shredded parmesan cheese.

Rib Dinner
3 tender and succulent pork rib pieces seasoned and baked with or without our "special" BBQ sauce. Served with green beans and mashed potatoes, your choice of mini pie or bread and rolls. Beef ribs are available upon request for an additional $6 charge.

Dinner contains spaghetti with fresh-made sauce and meatballs for 2. Served with garlic bread and salad with choice of 1 mini pie or bread.

I love to bake and to create new types of desserts. I make desserts from scratch and even from a box. Everyone has a "sweet they like to eat" and it is always a joy to make them! There is a 3-minimum on mini pies, breads and individual sizes.Sweet Potato Pie
Just like mother used to make. Pie is made from scratch and the crust is crisp and buttery. Also available as "mini" pies at the price of $5.00 each (minimum of 2 mini's).

Bread Pudding
Cinnamon delight with a vanilla glaze on top. Baked in a 8x8 pan and gives you 9 servings. Available by the square for $5.00 each (minimum of 3 squares).

Made from scratch sweet potato, pumpkin, banana or zucchini bread baked in a loaf pan. Moist and tasty. Mini loaves are available for $5.00 each (minimum order of 2 mini's).

I supply food for that holiday dinner, family gathering, birthday party or just because you want the night off. Minimum event size is 12 people. Dishes are for up to 30 people, call for a quote on more than that.Enchilada
