Dinners
All dinners come with 2 sides, roll (where applicable), choice of mini bread. There is a 3-dinner order minimum and delivery service is available at no extra charge (within Anchorage).
One whole chicken. Can be ordered as either fried or baked. Comes with choice of potato salad & green beans to feed 2 people with choice of 1 mini pie or bread serving, 2 hawaiian rolls. 25.00 USD
Each dinner contains 2 whole catfish fillets and is served with baked beans or baked potato to feed 2 people and a small serving of cole slaw, mini pie or bread and roll. Your fish is fried with a cornmeal mixture or baked with shredded parmesan cheese.25.00 USD
3 tender and succulent pork rib pieces seasoned and baked with or without our "special" BBQ sauce. Served with green beans and mashed potatoes, your choice of mini pie or bread and rolls. Beef ribs are available upon request for an additional $6 charge.25.00 USD
Dinner contains spaghetti with fresh-made sauce and meatballs for 2. Served with garlic bread and salad with choice of 1 mini pie or bread.25.00 USD
2 thick (2") slices of meatloaf with or without "special" made red sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Minimum order of 2.18.00 USD
Delightful Desserts
I love to bake and to create new types of desserts. I make desserts from scratch and even from a box. Everyone has a "sweet they like to eat" and it is always a joy to make them! There is a 3-minimum on mini pies, breads and individual sizes.

Cinnamon delight with a vanilla glaze on top. Baked in a 8x8 pan and gives you 9 servings. Available by the square for $5.00 each (minimum of 3 squares).25.00 USD
Made from scratch sweet potato, pumpkin, banana or zucchini bread baked in a loaf pan. Moist and tasty. Mini loaves are available for $5.00 each (minimum order of 2 mini's).15.00 USD
Made with creamy vanilla pudding, bananas and wafers. Prepared in a plastic serving dish (approximately). Individual servings available at the price of $6 each (minimum order of 3 individuals).25.00 USD

Sides
You need to have something extra with your meal and if you can select your own that makes it a better eating experience. Ordering just sides? There is a minimum of 3 required.
Can be made with mayo or miracle whip. Chunks of potatoes, eggs, pickles, pimento (optional), green onions (optional), sprinkled with paprika. Totally from scratch. Whole pan size available for $25. Minimum order of 3.6.50 USD
Made with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits (optional), sliced red onions (optional) and croutons. Ranch or creamy Italian salad dressing. Full bowl salad available for $15. Minimum order of 3.8.50 USD
Nice, flavorful green beans served with or without potatoes. Seasoned with smoked bacon but can be made without it upon request. Full pan available for $12. Minimum order of 3.6.50 USD
Sliced russet potatoes in a sharp cheddar cheese sauce, topped with shredded medium cheddar cheese and sprinkled with thyme leaves. Serves 2. Full size available for $25. Minimum order of 2.10.00 USD
Tender beans made with ham hocks or salt pork (both optional) in its own thick gravy. Vegetarian style (as pre-order only) contains diced green bell peppers and onions for $8.95. Full pot of either for $16 (serves 6). Minimum order of 2.7.95 USD

Catering for Large Parties
I supply food for that holiday dinner, family gathering, birthday party or just because you want the night off. Minimum event size is 12 people. Dishes are for up to 30 people, call for a quote on more than that.
Full pan of 12 each. Served with homemade hot or mild red sauce, Spanish rice and refried beans. Individual serving of 4 enchiladas only available for $20. 45.00 USD
